When I first started seeing Musarrat, I was in a really bad place. My anxiety was constant. I was always overthinking, panicking, stuck in fear and self-doubt. My relationship and friendships felt unstable because of my anxious attachment, and I didn’t even really know who I was outside of them. I was angry a lot, overwhelmed a lot and didn’t know what to do with all the emotions. I honestly didn’t even know how I felt most of the time. I just knew I wasn’t okay.

Working with Musarrat changed everything. She didn’t just “talk me through stuff.” She actually helped me untangle it all. She helped me understand where my anxiety came from, how my attachment patterns were running my life, and little by little, she helped me trust and feel safe enough to let go of all of that. For the first time, I felt secure in myself, and in my relationships.

She helped me notice the anger I’d been carrying for years. Not shame it or stuff it down, but actually understand it and learn from it. She taught me how to slow down, check in with myself, and name what I was feeling. That sounds small, but it changed everything. Then when I finally wasn’t so consumed by anxiety and fear, there was finally room to figure out who I was underneath it all.

She helped me grow in ways I never expected; into someone more mindful, more present, and more empathetic. Someone who can sit with discomfort instead of running from it. Someone who doesn’t hate change but can actually embrace it. Someone who doesn’t punish themselves for struggling, but learns from it and keeps going.

She helped me feel better and be better.

If you’re struggling (or really struggling) with anxiety, relationships, emotions, or just feeling lost in yourself, I can’t recommend Musarrat enough. She’s the kind of therapist who actually helps you heal and grow, not just cope. I’m honestly not sure where I’d be without her. Thank you Musarrat 😊 !

I had multiple sessions with Musarrat. She was very easy to talk too and come away from every session I had with her feeling much better. After about 6-8 sessions she kinda gave me some tough love and told me things that I think she had worked out would work on me and get under my skin. I definitely needed that approach and it really worked. I would definitely recommend to anybody having problems to speak to Muss.
